• Relevant professional credentials, including solid experience in recruiting or executive search
• Self-starter who can work well independently, with flexible hours
• Good contacts in sports, entertainment, media, and marketing industries
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and ambition

Researcher

• Relevant experience in recruiting or search
• Knowledge of and facility with recruitment software and databases
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and proactively
